Homebrew Downgrade question

I'm currently downgrading my 3DS and I want to be absolutely sure I get this part right. I'm downloading the zip files for my 3DS and I see the zip file for the N3DS and there's another one that says 9.2.O-OU(full).zip. That's the O3DS one, correct? And it is also the American version, right?

9.2.O-OU(full).zip yes its for the O3ds the 9.2.0-20U(Full)_n3DS.zip is for the N3DS
