The issue isn't the process you went with, it's that you ignore a community of specialist for no reason. A9LH and your install had nothing to do with your error, thus re-installing it won't have fixed your problem and only put unneeded risk for a simple problem.Because when I asked about something, I knew the risks and I was willing to take them. I just wanted to make sure I got the process right. Every two times I did that, it turned out to be a complete success. One to get my otp.bin after installing a9lh (https://gbatemp.net/threads/otp-a9lh-on-n3ds.448184/ and https://gbatemp.net/threads/n3ds-otp-dumping-tips.448998/) and the other to downgrade to 9.2 and uninstall a9lh (https://gbatemp.net/threads/downgrade-11-2-to-9-2.455361/).
You have to earn a community trust and if you doing something like this, it's hard to trust what you have to say.
