in the page you send. the first step is to use save manager it does not say how do you do it. can you help me

Do you have any games on this system? If you do, the guide links you to a save manager to use (hint: click on the words "save manager"). Download the 6-30-2016 version, extract the zip file and merge the 3ds folder with the 3ds folder on your SD card.

Put your SD card back into your system, use Browserhax to get into the Homebrew Launcher, find JKSM (which is the save manager you just downloaded). Use the words on screen to back up your save files.

Drag the 3ds folders for PlaiSysUpdater and EmuNAND9 onto the root of your SD card. It will merge the folders.

Hey @Ranidu, welcome to GBATemp!
Please do not create new threads, and use the stickied "noob paradise" thread. Lately we've been drowning in threads of people asking the same questions over and over and over again.
Again, welcome, and don't forget to write an Introduction ;)

If you brick, hold R, L, A, and up on the D-pad when turning the system on. It will ask you to update your system, so you should update it and that will unbrick it. You won't be able to downgrade it again unless you get a hardmod or have another system with custom firmware.
