Hardware Double Extension Cables?

So I decided to use my Wii to play some Gamecube games like Tales of Symphonia and the Colosseum games. So my question is can I use 2 extension cables (both 6 feet) without running into any problems with Nintendont or the Wii itself since I cannot find a wavebird controller in good condition?

I use a 6ft extention cable with mywiiugc adapter with no problems at all.
