Homebrew double dragon (mame) channel?

is it possible to create a link directly to the double dragon mame game via channel?
I know i asked similar question other day but that was for USB loader GX mario kart

Some homebrew like usbloader gx can accept command line parameters. One of them is a game it should boot directly. I am unaware if mame is having such a feature. Otherwise, you just need a forwarder application that also forwards command line parameters, and you need to add the game in question in the meta.xml file.
