Hacking dop ios mod questions

I have a few issues that I am not too clear about and would appreciate any guidance. I am currently running system menu 4.1U on a Korean console.

I understand that updating system menu to 4.2U will brick my console (003 error) so I was wondering if its ok to update all other IOS files with Dop-IOS Mod or are there some IOS files related to system update 4.2U that will brick my Wii?

I am using Dop Ios Mod 11.5(r91) and used it to check the latest version of installed IOS files.

1. Is it safe to update the following:

IOS9 from v521 to v778
IOS12 from v12 to v269
IOS13 from v16 to v273
IOS14 from v263 to v520
IOS15 from v266 to v523
IOS17 from v518 to v775
IOS21 from v525 to v782
IOS22 from v780 to v1037
IOS28 from v1293 to v1550
IOS31 from v3092 to v3349
IOS33 from v2834 to v3091
IOS34 from v3091 to v3348
IOS35 from v3092 to v3349
IOS36 from v3094 to v3351
IOS37 from v3612 to v3869
IOS53 from v5149 to v5406
IOS55 from v5149 to v5406
IOS56 from v5146 to v5405
IOS57 from v5404 to v5661
IOS61 from v4890 to v5405

2. Which files do I need to trucha patch and which ones do I need to ES Identify patch?

3. Is it safe to delete stubs such as IOS50 & IOS51?

3. IOS202 is installed but why doesn't it appear in IOS update list?

4. Should IOS222/223/249/250 always appear as piracy protection stubs?

1) Yes, its safe to update those IOSs as they're not stubs

2) Just trucha patch IOS36 (with dop-ios mod) and use it to install cIOSs if ou need those

3) All stubs may be removed. You can use the DOP-IOS MOD stub remover to do that

) Maybe it got removed? You can always re-install it (with hermes' cIOS installer)

4) Not if you installed them as cIOSs

My shop channel on Korean Wii softmodded to 4.1U isn't working so would it be safe to fix this using Dop-Ios?

If so do I install using the dop-ios shop channel installer or just by updating IOS61?

Install both the latest IOS61 and shopping channel with DOP-IOS MOD

Thanks for the quick response, any particular order I should do this in? does IOS61 need to be patched? sorry for all the questions, just wary because i have a korean wii modded to US system menu

I don't think the order really matters, but just install IOS61 without patches and then the shop channel
