I tried with Mario kart wii and it said that I cant register 2 of the same games

I'd say give it to codename since it wasn't originally a contest anyway. I don't plan on getting MK7 unless it hits bargain bin. I still don't need the code though. Sounds like he really needs it though. Just my opinion.
