Please get the word out that I will have a second TX SX ready to donate to a well known dev for reverse engineering. I put it here because I'd like to see the payload that they use to be available open source
I have no issue using the TX closed source for my needs but I have great respect for the open source community. If any real cool and talented dev is available and willing, I will donate my device for the benefit of the community in the long run

Please let me know. Please keep your TX / Reswitched drama to yourself.

Pretty much go to any of the reversers twitters/discords and make the offers. Go through discord staff if you must.

You have the dongle already? Like, physically with you?
It's likely that the dongle has the payload preloaded, dunno if TX required to authenticate the payload licence on pc before loading it onto the dongle.

If you have the dongle, contact ShinyQuagsire (Shiny said that he'll be up for a cracking challenge).

EDIT: Just read the "will have". And here i thought that my english was good. xD

this is kind of a double edge sword IMO
you are buying TX SX but if you give away one to be reversed and it is successful you will have deincentivize a talented group of developers
from working on updates for a product you and many other will be using
a group of developers who work for cash and bring no moral faggotry baggage

now it worked out well in the GW situation so it probably will again
i doubt that TX would quit anyways ,it took a while for GW to finally quit and by the time they did we didn't really need them anyways
i'm just saying things could progress more quickly with TX sure it will be locked but we might get stuff a little faster
because they do not have the moral faggotry baggage and work for sales

you bought 2 of them though
if it gets reversed a week later then you will have wasted you money on the one for your personal use
and maybe even updated past the point of being able to install a persistent coldboot exploit (assuming you were not on updated already)

i am waiting to see what they will release this weekend for a new video which is rumored

i am still on the fence since i am on 2.x.x
i want to see the soldered version and how it installs at least before i buy the pro
and not sure if i want to update or wait for atmos
i might just buy one and stick it in a drawer and if atmos backups take too long i will give in and update

CFW enables backup loading, not directly but it'll happen sooner or later.
