GCN Dolphin Emulator Video Problem

I just got Dolphin up and running on my computer and so far everything is great, however, a few games are giving me trouble. After a short period of running normally, a few of my games will look like this:

"From Russia With Love" - Gamecube

So does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

What do you mean? How do you change this in Dolphin?

Click on graphics and change the backend. This is how you do it on the Mac version, not sure if the windows version is exactly the same.

I've tried each one, but the problem isn't changing. Anything else I can do?
