Homebrew Dolphin 3971 not working

[Hellow]

when i try to play a game with dolphin i get
"Error Loading Plugins/Plugin_PadSimple.dll: cant read info"
and
"cant init and PAD plugins"
and
"couldnt init the core. check your configuration"
any one know what to do how to get it working?

Normally you just download extract and open...do you have the latest directx? that could be the issue

thats an issue with Dolphin not the wii, wrong forum
