Hacking does sneek + di use oficial nintedo ios with the games?

i was wondering if sneek+di uses oficial nintendo ios to run the games, i know it doesnt use cIOS thats why i was able to run mh3 without installing hermes cIOS 223, and rugby league works in full mode. ssbb freezes in the space sub emissary though, and sakura wars wont load it get stuck at the loading screen, they are both DVD9 i dont know if this has to do with something.

is sneek + di compatible with DVD9 games?

Yes, it uses the normal IOS's from the virtual NAND. As for the DL problem, perhaps you ripped the discs with a bad cIOS (i.e. rev14, rev16)
