you have more options with a EZ4.

"better" is not a word to describe the two, they have the same basic hardware.

if your only interested in playing gba games, thats makes them the same.

if your looking into also homebrew, etc, the EZ4 is the one capable of it.

you really phrased the question badly. there are already comparisons between the two. you should do a search for them.
