Hacking does DSTT support mutli card play

Been doing a lot of reading but cannot figure out if DSTT supports multi card play. Been trying to get pokemon diamond to work but my nitnendo ds link light never blinks when there are other nintendo ds near by which I understand is supposed to happen to link up ds together. Is there some trick to make it work with the DSTT card.

Any help would be great
