Does anyone workout question about food/proteine

    I use whey proteine. and im a vegetarian. so getting proteine is pretty hard.
    Have you ever taken alot of whey in one use?

    Dude I work out for 2 years now, I stopped taking Whey because it was way too expensive but here what I know about it:

    - If you take too much you will be just wasting it, whey is only good just before or just after workout.

    - It’s no drug, its food,

    - Since you are vegan did you know: it comes from milk… so? But if you are ok with it; you should try egg white or albumin,(better off training and before bed)

    - And I don’t know any vegan that is fit, I mean really fit(guessing you are a dude, because I don’t know about if with girls it’s the same)

    - For starters with no drugs I recommend: Whey before workout only, and albumin(tastes like Satan’s ass) every day before bed, and on free days.

    - And if you want to get really fit while being vegan, you need to find some help because it’s really hard to keep- protein high- and -carbs on the right level- being vegan(But maybe its possible)

    EDIT:

    Albumin it's the wrong name its egg's white in powder, don’t really know the name in English

    Well i have heard ALOT of contradicting info.. For example:


    He says that it doesnt matter how much proteine you take in one go. Like many others. But there are people who say like u it would be wasted... so yeah.
    Im gonna try 24 hour fasts so i would be getting everything in one go. Thats why i ask.
    Which means ill eat right after workout.
    Yeah id love to if it wasnt milk, but it is so, so yeah nevermind then ill just use it.

    Yeah. thats why im posting here lol. in my normal food i get perhaps 30 gram proteins on average so i need to get the rest from shakes. And i would need to eat +- 140 gram proteine a day.
    (you eat that amount on rest day's too right if you work out 4 times a week?)

    When you eat extra carb our body stores the extra carb as fat,

    But our body cant store protein,

    it will only use what it needs and waste the rest, that’s why people only use whey close to work out(since Whey is the fastest protein to absorve)


    Oh and there is on protein that every vegan needs to take since it comes only from Animals BCAA(on pill every day or you waste your workout away, or just eat meat )

    Ahh youre just helping me confuse things more dont know what to believe anymore ^^ I mean sure it sounds logical but what he is saying sounds logical too...

    A protein every vegan should take? how do i look it up?

    It literary sells everywhere that sells whey,

    Whey does have some BCAA on it but not enough if you don’t eat meat
