Dude I work out for 2 years now, I stopped taking Whey because it was way too expensive but here what I know about it:
- If you take too much you will be just wasting it, whey is only good just before or just after workout.
- It’s no drug, its food,
- Since you are vegan did you know: it comes from milk… so? But if you are ok with it; you should try egg white or albumin,(better off training and before bed)
- And I don’t know any vegan that is fit, I mean really fit(guessing you are a dude, because I don’t know about if with girls it’s the same)
- For starters with no drugs I recommend: Whey before workout only, and albumin(tastes like Satan’s ass) every day before bed, and on free days.
- And if you want to get really fit while being vegan, you need to find some help because it’s really hard to keep- protein high- and -carbs on the right level- being vegan(But maybe its possible)
