The black one had never given me a problem yet. It's safe to say you gotta be really unlucky to burn your card with the black diamond one.

I have the new Silver reader and i can transfer a 128mb game in a few seconds..... man that pimpin fast!!! I use my reader more than 4 times a day and no problems at all. my pc has a built in 10-in-1 media reader but it slow as hell and the ports are usb 2.0........

i thought thats the american way???Â

Word on the street is that the American way is to ignore simple rules of grammar, such as capitalization. Unfortunately, there is no way to check the accuracy of this claim as WiiDSbold has no location or flag, and his(her?) post. It's a pity, because that post definitely represents the stereotype of American internet punctuation.

So I don't get shot, here's an on-topic remark. I already had a SanDisk 12-in-1 reader when I got my R4, so I figured it would just be a stupid risk to try and use the included microSD reader rather than one I knew to work properly. I did keep the thing, though, in case I decide to resell my R4 at some point in the future, so that it'll go for slightly more (I have the original packaging as well).

Thieves are scum, period. If you knowingly buy from a thief you are as morally degenerated as the original thief.

And no, downloading wares from the internet isn't the same as theft. That's just what the copyright industry wants you to believe (you know, with that whole "piracy" scheme). When you copy digital goods the original owner still has his copy -> no theft.

You can argue about the morality of downloading copies of digital goods - but it's definitly not as low as theft.
