Homebrew Does anyone know a program to format and write bin files to amiibo?

I know that there are home brew programs out there to hack amiibo, and emulate them, but is there a way to format amiibo then write the bin files to them? If any of you guys know, could you send me a link?

You can use NTAG215 tags(one time write only) or devices such as n2 elite or powersaves powertag to emulated an amiibo. In addition if you have a modded unit you can use Xortroll's emuiibo. You can't over written an actual amiibo.
