does anybody knows what causes error 2062-0004?

My Switch is a v1 patched erista, and after being hacked with a modchip by someone with enough experience on this, sometimes my console restarts itself in hekate randomly leaving a report on the atmosphere errpt reports claiming a 2162-0004 error, however this error is inconsistent since it passed 2 months without doing it, and besides that the console works completely fine, since there is practically no info on internet i wonder if someone knows about it, this is the error shown on the log, thanks in advance (blanked my serial number):

If the blanked serial number were the problem, the error would be happening more consistent.
Booting Atmosphere would also not work with the latest version.

Usually it is some additional stuff like custom themes or system module.

hi thanks for replying, as i said the serial number was deleted by me in the post, in the error appears as normal also, this happens from hekate and even in the original mode, and ofc i have tried with a clean setup, meaning i downloaded hekate and everything as well, and the error keeps happening, also the post you sent has a different error.

hello, thanks, yeah i can try, however the error is kinda inconsistent and for example hasnt happened in like 3 days
edit: i tried it already my console seems to be working like always just the serial is blanked now in settings
