Exactly. meta.xml files are the easiest thing to create.


On the other hand, your spelling may cause you obvious difficulties (sp?) to do this...

One Thing What The Hell Do I Do With The Text Editor and how do i edit it the noob way

Ok...
Open Notepad for example (any text editor will do the job), then copy-paste ALL the previous code.
Then go into the menu: File-> Save as -> (browse to the directory where is located your ARC) -> name it meta.xml and hit ok.

Now for the edition, every tag tells you what it's related to (name, version, realease_date...):
