Hardware Does all controllers that work on PS3 work with Nintendont?

Beacuse i'm considering getting this controller with USB dongle which says that not only it works on the Xbox One, Series X/S, and PC but also works on the PS3, It's a 2,5ghz controller with a dongle not bluetooth

Because the PS3 controller is DirectInput and my generic USB controller that looks like a PS2 controller that doesnt have any analog triggers works on Nintendont

I tried my Xbox One Afterglow controller and it doesnt work because it's Xinput.
