Hacking does 1.5 prevent flash cards

There is no 1.5 yet. The DSi always says there's a new update regardless.

More likely than not. Check Nintendo's website for changes in the new update. It probably won't say new methods have been added to block flashcards, but it will most likely be included in the update.


EDIT: Does Nintendo let you see the changes? I thought they did...

IIRC it will just say you are up to date.

It starts the download by checking for updates. A general rule for checking system updates is to visit the DSi Shop. If it lets you in, there is no new update. If it prompt you with an update message then obviously there's an update available.

If you're worried, then just come to this site often for the news. I guarantee we'll hear about a 1.5 update before you do.
