Hardware do you think this seller legit???

hello to all of you. 3 weeks ago i won in auction a psp from this seller:

do you think this seller legit?? i still not received my items from him.
he has now the same consoles for auction again.

There's a good chance it's not. It could be a reproduction (fake) PSP. I've bought reproduction (fake) hardware before, like a DS Lite, and they've worked just as well as the original and still hold up well. I'd give it a couple more weeks. If you still don't get anything, report it. If it is a fake, you can report it for not being what's advertised. Usually you can tell from the packaging or maybe odd defects in the housing. Usually, it uses the exact same hardware components, just it's not assembled by Sony or whoever you think it is.

12 days are passed since I wrote this message and still nothing. I opened a case in ebay. Let's see what going to happen in the next few days.
