the choices dont even make sence, it should be a portable console or a home console, becuase a tablet it is not lol.

Tablets play games but their primary goal is not to play games same way a pc plays games but that is not the primary usage of a pc or else for that defenition pcs are consoles and consoles are pcs lol.

i gave my votes to both because i could vote 2, and i feel kind of trolled by the op XD
it is both mate !

i sometimes just love the gimick (because it works) so i just pull out the joy cons off the switch screen and place the screen (tablet) onto my bed or something then i play.

i love mk8d on the switch screen, it looks just like tv mode.
so damn impressed by it, nintendo stole my money twice for the same game, but i have no complaints as i love the game.

can't wait for SSB on my switch !

The entire system is in the tablet, the controls are there, the screen is there, the speakers are there, everything.

It simply has a dock that outputs image and audio to an external display.

If you know about the new Samsung Galaxy s8 and its dex feature (docking the phone and connecting it to monitor, keyboard, mouse so to use it as a kind of android mini pc), this would be quite a similar question - is the Galaxy s8 a mobile phone or a desktop pc
