Theres no thread and you have to compile from source it's on dimoks repository makes it way easier to setup rednand though.

Hmm, no idea how to use it yet, but I am going to read up on it, given the warnings on how risky this is. Well that, and for me to consider all avenues before I even attempt to backup my NAND to an SD card. Besides, I don't have any unoccupied cards right now, gonna have to but one soon.

That's not that's the tool to backyyour sdcard the actual release is the git repository just clone it then build it.

You make that sound like something someone with my skills could do, unfortunately, I'm not adept at Python or compiling from source.
