They are GBA binaries, yes, but they're actually NES games running in an NES emulator for the GBA designed by Nintendo itself. Might as well just use NES DS or PocketNES directly, unless you're playing a game that has graphical glitches in those emulators.

would be much easier and probably better to run one of the many NES emulators for NDS. as stated above, its the same emulator on the Nintendo released GBA game.
They will assess it and medicate as necessary but in all cases it is better to take action before it becomes a problem and to stave things off from becoming a problem in the first place
