Android Do unlimited hotspot plans exist? And if so, any recommendations?

I have an android phone and naturally like to use my devices hotspot feature when I don't have internet to play games on something like my 3ds like monster hunter, laptop (mostly league of legends), PSP, etc. Now my only drawback is the fact I'm limited to around 2gb per month, and that's gone within 7-9 days. So I'm wondering of there are plans that allow me to have an unlimited data rate on my phones hotspot? I don't mind throttling, so long as games are still at a decent speed. If they do exist, what is the best plan/carrier?
