Hacking DNS Change to get extra Just Dance tracks?

So,there are some exclusive free tracks to NTSC regions. I am looking forward to get them (or at least one song that I truly like).
My Wii is PAL,and I tried to change my country setting but it's no use. The shop depends essentially on DNS,so if it is not conform it wouldn't allow you to get the offered tracks.

Any help to change the DNS into a Canadian one,and how to proceed?

Nope, there is no DNS case. Every Wii DLC based on the internal code which include game's region, so you have to use NTSC version of game to download these songs. Even so if you get NTSC files & try to put'em to your (emu)NAND to the euro DLC folder, most likely you will fail, as every region have it's own "ticket" to unlock songs and i'm sure that PAL's lacks of NTSC bonus songs.
