Homebrew DMP Skipping

This keeps happening on a certain set of mp3's that I have on a USB flashdrive that I am using with DMP. I start the tracks and about every other 2 seconds the track skips. However, this is not the case for any of the others that are currently on my flashdrive.

\Metallica\Death Magnetic\The Day That Never Comes.mp3 works fine.

\Avenged Sevenfold\City of Evil\Trashed and Scattered.mp3 constantly skips.

Does anyone know why this would happen? The mp3's are not from a crappy disc, and I've tested them on my computer and they work fine. Why is it only those mp3's?

Also have this problem, I think everyone that uses DMP via USB has this...and it won't/can't be fixed...Haven't heard anything from DragonMinded for ages, and something with his source is wrong, so it can't be fixed from anyone other...
