Wait....a sequel to Dissidia?

If this is a genuine sequel and not the 'international tweaking edition' I heard about a while ago, I will officially poo my pants will excitement. I'm a HUGE FF fan, and I have spent well in excess of 60 hours on my current Dissidia file. Even with my busted analogue stick. If I tweak it with Joysens to 70% or below, my characters flat out won't move, but 80% doesn't seem to do much good, especially with Terra and Kuja. Strange but true. Might just replace the stick.

Anyway, please confirm this is a sequel instead of an upgrade so I can fish out some fresh pants.

I think they're actually numbered from 1 to 15, from left to right, with both top and bottom character from the game that reflects their number.
So, FF1 has Red Mage, FF4 has Kain and Rydia, FF6 has Locke and Celes, FF 10 has Auron and Yuna, the rest are either already mentioned, or ones I can't recognize.

Also, if I'm correct, those are only the GOOD guys. can't wait for the evil ones.

Tifa(Aeladya): I'm a girl and I use female characters unless I have no choice in the matter...it's usually because developers are too lazy to design female characters since they require "too much work"...at least according to Game Informer.
