Dishonored released. I'm busy with Re6 but I damn well sure it is a good game.proton-dish-x360 Region Locked game....

Interesting releases always seem to happen right after I go to bed. Anyway now RE6 seems to have shifted off my must play list it is borderlands and waiting on some word for this for most of the rest of the year as far as games go for me (might have a look at far cry 3). After doing the release post I am actually really interested in this.<br/>

Arkane Studios are the developers on this one and they previous did Arx Fatalis which was pretty good and then they did Dark Messiah of Might and Magic which was interesting although it might have suffered for being lumped with the Might and Magic brand (action driven game in a franchise more traditionally known for fairly slow proto open world RPG or turn based strategy). They also did some work on Bioshock 2 apparently.
This game is something of a stealth em up mystery in a faux steampunk world (albeit 17th century rather than the later times steampunk usually appears as), comparisons to Thief 2 are probably then unavoidable but early indications (and their previous work) says they might just be able to pull it off.<br/>
