Is nds-bootstrap still actively being worked on..? We haven't seen a new release since February, and that's a very long time. It's almost June now. I'm just getting worried is all.

I Deleted the TWLoader app and the _nds folder then I put a new copy of the _nds folder on the root of my SD card. I installed the two cia files again and tried to start the Mark Kart DS rom still have a black screen
I am not sure but did you messed up while the A9LH Installation ? (made no Backup at the Beginning an the CTransfered to 9.2 ?)
You should try an official DSi Ware.
No I don't think I messed anything up because I've been able to run hombrew on my 3ds I did make a backup of my stock sysNAND

On 11.3 arm9loaderhax luma3ds it worked for me, now im on 11.4 boot9strap luma3ds and it doesn't, i got all latest releases :\
u are on luma 3ds boot9strap 11.4? if so i should have something wrong :\mine is working fine

I did it this morning (3ds.guide) and it worked fine....
but it feels the same like A9LH XD
U can run ds games from a flashcart using TWLoader, so that's what i do instead of running them directly from SD card, because most of the games doesn't work from SD card yet.

No, but I never dumped the dsp because I didn't care if the roms had music. Also, forgot to mention I'm on 11.4 with luma 6.6 if that helps
The DSP doesn't apply to NTR/TWL mode.
If you have A9LH, update Luma to 7.0.
I'm trying to upadate using the luma3ds updater, but I get an error saying "Update Failed"
"Download Failed Could not get A9LH payload"
