Hacking Disc Error w/ backup launcher

All the unpatched games that I burn give me "Cannot read disk". Game loads up and when it gets to the Main menu or after the "Put the wrist strap on" it gives me the error. I've seen other people with this problem too.
Any help?

Patched games don't have this problem, and strangely, Prince Of Persia (Unpatched) doesn't have this error.
I had the original backup Loader with all required things.
Then once 0.3 came out I went to the HBC and ran the CIOS installer. Then I ran the backup Launcher.
Please Help!

Not at all in my case. I tried Mario kart and MUSIC - these worked ok. Tying Okami and Star Wars FU -- it gave me disk error. Patching now to see if thats goes away
