I'm playing Phantom of Hourglass using an R4 3DS RTS. The gold R4 if it matters. Is there any way that its possible to use the directional pad for Phantom of Hourglass instead of having to use the stylus?
I think there is actually a cheat code for that that is part of the cheat.db provided with pretty much every flashcart.

There are also ips patches that do the same thing.
I don't know how to use this program either. I can't believe how hard this has become.
Just launch LunarIPS and hit "apply patch," Select you patch, then select your game.
LunarIPS searches for an .IPS extension file when selecting "apply patch". The patch I'm using, the one referenced above only has xdelta file extensions.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
