I just wanna say that I tried r52 last night and randomly picked a game which was Megaman X Collection, once I started MMX6 I got the error message again, I wnet back and tried r10 and it seems to work fine, all games I tried so far worked fine with r10 except for Looney Tunes Back In Action which is PAL, do Pal games not work on NTSC consoles?

Also I still don't know how to use cheat codes, Wiiflow always reboots the console whenever I try to load a game, and NeoGamma hangs if I add any cheat codes, I'm using postloader for my GC gaming now because it's easy to use and very reliable but it seems it doesn't support cheat codes and playing via USB takes a really long time to load

You get it from the Wad you created, use showmewad to unpack it, or at least that's what I do and it works for me very well

Not really, it's just I can't extract the save that I need for zelda: wind waker from that memory card for some reason using GCMM.

Although, I will try to remove all the other saves (as I have them backed up anyway) and try extracting the save again from the memory card, if not I'll have ago with swiss (if it supports save extraction to the front sd).

Edit: At least if the converted saves don't work with NMM, then at least I could use them with Dolphin Emulator.

It doesn't. You can only back up to SD Gecko with Swiss. It looks like your only options are GCMM or NuGaSa, which is another similar tool, more rudimentary, but with different compatibility. I would try that next, since it would be an easy check.

I'll take a look at NaGaSa, anyway and see what happens with that. I just wish, there was something more up-to-date that works within NGC mode from the front sd slot.

If you get it to work I'd appreciate it if you explain because I tried NuGaGa before and it didn't, but that was before DML so I don't know if it works now or not, I'd be very happy if I could back up my GC saves on the SD and be able to remove saves knowing I can install them back if I wanted!

NaGaSa requires either a standard MIOS or cIOS. But... if you currently have DML installed it won't work at all.

Update: If you have a save for twilight princess and a save for wind waker on the same memory card, it will clash when trying to back-up a wind walker save. Back-up the twilight princess save first, delete it from the memory card and then backup the wind waker save.

Don't back-up a wind waker save with NaSaGa as it will code dump (if you know why, then I'd love to hear your theory), use GCMM instead (even though it uses slot B).

Help!

Last night I tried running a GC game in DML via USB, I'm using postloader btw, and while it worked it started off slow so I figured I'd just stick with using an SD, then I went to bed and when I woke up this morning I decided to continue my other game, but the game lags badly, all GC games now lag, I tried everything, I switched from postloader to Neogamma, I formatted the SD several times, I tried deleting and recreating the game iso several times, re-installed DML with all WADs, I also tried installing other revisions too including the ones that worked perfectly fine with me before with no luck, tried a different SD, I even reinstalled NAND with BootMii, and nothing works, I literary spent all day trying to figure out what's wrong with no clue, it's night already and I can't get it to work, can anyone help me please? I'm desperately in need of some help!

That's correct.
Sorry to hear NuGaSa could not help you either, but is sounds like isolating the save file did the trick.

I think a new tool is needed for backing up and restoring saves through NGC Mode to and from a SD Card. Also support for NMM and GCI conversions on the spot.

Most of the games that I've tested with NMM:
Super Smash Bros. Melee (black screen on loading save)
Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (shuts down when loading save)
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (asks to create a new save and shuts down when trying to save)
James Bond 007: Nightfire (black screen before first mission - doesn't work anyway)
Soul Calibur II (shuts down when trying to load save)

I've had no problems playing the following games without a disc using CFG Loader MOD r22. NeoGamma still requires a disc though, which is a shame...

This is a while now Etheboss, I cannot say since when though.

Fix is/was hosting DML in ModMii friendly style, IDK whats going on TBH.

no, ModMii doesn't grab DML from FIX94's dropbox, that's what I initially said I would do, but in the end I took your advice and changed the ModMii DML build process to support grabbing elf's (instead of zip's) directly from the official google code page (I actually posted that same info earlier in this thread with an apology).

Anyways, I might change ModMii so even depreciated versions of DML appear as available, but if you find out that the files were depreciated on purpose specifically to break ModMii DML support (again) then kindly let me know so I can determine whether or not I should switch to using FIX94's dropbox in order to avoid further potential conflicts.

Well, it's like a car; it depreciates over time, as soon as it is out of the dealership....
