Hacking Dios Mios / Dios Mios lite install error

Hi, i have been using configurable loader with my usb for ages with no problems.
I have been playing Game Cube games from back up discs with no problems.
I have tried today to install Dios Mios normal and lite versions but can not.
Both of them as i try and install the wad with wad manager comes up with
" *Installing 1/1: DIOS MIOS Lite V1.5.wad - Ticket (-2011)
[#] final status - 1 did not complete."

Any ideas why this wont install??
