DiiLC is a Wii homebrew for adding DLC (downloadable content) to your Animal Crossing City Folk game. Be sure to back-up your save before trying out this application, as it hasnt been extensively tested yet.

DiiLC is a simple application to download and insert the DLC (downloadable content) or HDLC (hacked downloadable content) into Animal Crossing City Folk savegame file (use Waninkoko's savegame extractor for extracting savegame file). This application searches the DLC and HDLC files from the distributing servers. It could download and insert four DLCs (for US, EU, JP, and KR regions) and one HDLC that are available at the time when the application is running. It will process item, design and associated chosen letter from the downloaded file (either DLC or HDLC). User could choose to directly store the letter with item or design pattern into either the chosen player pocket and design slots (including global design slot in Able Sister's shop) or ask Wendell and Pete to deliver those.

I do have a save file from AC:CF - made using 'Savgame Manager GX' & a cough Backup cough version of AC:CF- & it's a valid sav (I've edited it & 'injected' it back into game with no problems), so I doubt that is the problem

Any1 got any idea how to get it to work ??

EDIT: nvm - found out in another forum that 'dlcsetting.xml' was pointing to wrong directory

Whoa - forgot about this thread - It's been that long (Aug 2010 in fact)
However, Did you see the EDIT I made ????

Have a look for that file (dlcsetting.xml) open it up & see what what directory it's pointing to... & change it to the correct directory required
I THINK that is what I did all that time ago

EDIT: It's actually on this webpage for DiiLC
