Hacking Digital Only games on Older FW?

after namco announced that God Eater 2 will be Digital Only in the US for vita (Totally kill the hype for me) i was wondering if is possible download games like Digimon, New Indies, and God Eater 2 via PS3 and being able to play them on firmwares like for example 3.52

God eater 2 will get a physical release. You only get a download code for God eater resurrection wich is included in the release.

It is possible. Al lyou have to do is use the PS3 to buy the games, having the same account in the Vita, and transfer between the PS3 and Vita, using the PC as a Proxy in the Vita internet connection, and using VitaUpdateBlocker in the PC.
However, if the game requires a higher firmware than that, you won't be able to play the game, because it will request you to update
