Misc Digital library/NNID and cfw question.

So I recently updated to 10.3 to reinstall all of my legit games from the eshop. With the new 10.3 emunand out I was wondering if there was anyone else that plans on buying games like fire emblem from the eshop while also using a custom firmware, and if so how did you set your emunand up without erasing the sysnand contents?

if you buy games on a linked EmuNAND, those should get tied to both the console (can re-download on eShop later [even on legit up to date SysNAND]) and NNID.
