Due to the complicated speaker set up on my daughters PC / Xbox360 I have had to buy a toslink to stereo jack converter which works well and allows me to output xbox audio to her desktop speakers. The problem is it only works when digital audio is set to stereo in the Xbox dash. When I boot to Aurora the setting is lost, 5.1 sound is output through optical out, and this creates a clicking noise through the speakers. The question is how do I configure digital out to Stereo when using Aurora dash.

I have looked for the settings in such things as dashlaunch, and jrunner (when creating the flash file) but have had no success.
I thought about setting the option in the xbox dash, extracting it, and building a new image from that but wanted to avoid that as Im not sure if it would work.

I have a Slim RGH with a demon installed. All custom dash files are on an external USB HDD.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Finchy70.

Is it the dash only?
If it's not in games then I don't really see a problem (you don't spend much time in the dash anyway)

Afaik, there's no option to set that in Aurora nor FSD.
