Hacking Digimartz order problem

Hello, I recently made an order with digimartz but soon canceled after talking with Winnie and being told that the item I ordered was out-of-stock for now. Winnie tells me I need to pay the 3.00 usd restocking fee before I can get my refund, that was okay with me, I emailed her asking if I need to pay the fee separately or if they will take it from the order payment. I still haven't received any response or any refund. It should be easy to partially refund my order since it was made with paypal. Does anyone know how much time they take to give you your refund. Any advice is appreciated.

I talked with Winnie and she told me to pay the $3.00 usd via paypal. I should receive my refund tomorrow or by friday as the lastest.

And why did you buy from digimartz when they are on the unofficial dealer list???
A lot of people know now that they are bad especially WINNIE.

I did the order before I saw the list, but I have ordered from Digimartz in the past with no problems. After I canceled I re-did my order with GameKool and my order has already been shipped =D
