Gaming Difference between Euro and USA?

From what I found, no differences. It's just the languages.

For examples:
color (USA) - colour (UK)
Mom (USA) - Mum (UK)
so on...

They often don't bother localising the English option at all and just add the other languages. Like when we waited years for the Euro version of Animal Crossing and still had to celebrate nonsense like "Labor Day"

True. EU releases generally just use the unaltered American script. The only exception I can think off the top of my head was Advance Wars: Days of Ruin/Dark Conflict, where EU and US translations were done independently of each other.

Pokemon Platinum (USA) has slot machine game in game corner.
Pokemon Platinum (EUR) has slot machine game removed but instead replaced to gives coin loots in game corner.
This is because in Europe there is rules of gamblings and if the game had real slot machine then the game would be rated as 18+ only.

I think that in Pokemon HGSS Europe Version we can't use the casino machines and it's replaced by something called flip game

In one of the games, ig HGSS we can't use the casino machine in the game centre in celadon city and is replaced by something called as flip game. This happens in the Europe version

euro vs usa veries per console and game, some nothing, some just language, some have timing differences (PAL and NTSC time). but some are drasticly different like probotectors (robots) in europe vs contra 3 (humans) in USA, green bool or no blood at al, blurry censorring or black bars for censoring...
