Korean government

The Korea Consumer Protection Board (KCPB), a South Korean government-funded public agency, issued a consumer safety alert in 2006 warning that "asphyxiation from electric fans and air conditioners" was among South Korea's five most common seasonal summer accidents or injuries, according to data they collected.[14] The KCPB published the following:

If bodies are exposed to electric fans or air conditioners for too long, it causes [the] bodies to lose water and [causes] hypothermia. If directly in contact with [air current from] a fan, this could lead to death from [an] increase of carbon dioxide saturation concentration [sic] and decrease of oxygen concentration. The risks are higher for the elderly and patients with respiratory problems. From 2003 [to] 2005, a total of 20 cases were reported through the CISS involving asphyxiations caused by leaving electric fans and air conditioners on while sleeping. To prevent asphyxiation, timers should be set, wind direction should be rotated, and doors should be left open.

Close up of fans being sold in a Korean department store. They are equipped with "timer knobs" which fan-death-fearing Korean users can set to 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes and more before going to sleep. Picture taken by (Na-Rae Han).
(note 57000 w = $50 usd and if you buy a cheaper one you might die) (also are electric fans without timers considered very dangerous/suicidal lol?)

"Told that "fan deaths" are unknown outside Korea, some locals claim Koreans are uniquely vulnerable due to a peculiarity either of their own physiology or of Korean fans."

To all koreans if you give me $1000000 usd I will send you a fan that is guaranteed not to kill you. If you like I will come to your home, you can give me the money, and if you are dead by the next day I promise I will give it back,

South Korean research has also led to brilliant "facts" like the one where a man's penis' max length when erect is roughly the same as when stretched as much as possible (whatever that means) while flaccid.

The more you know~

Addendum: I found that out by watching stand-up. Don't judge me.

That one is apparently true. "Stretched length most closely correlated with erect length."

Next time north korea threatens the US we should warn them that we will build a giant fan and blow it over the country overnight.
So the American message to North Korea is "we will blow you so hard"?
