K so some stupid crap was going on in my 3ds that i installed cfw on, and i decided to factory reset it. however, i did not get the storage space back. i have a 32 gig sd card and the only game it has is steeldiver sub wars. can anyone help?

Factory reset DOES NOT delete the things on the SD card, just the usage data from the NAND (so things like play logs, friend code, friend list, tickets, seeds, NNID, etc.). If you wanted to make room all you had to do was delete stuff you had installed. As for things not being possibly to delete, try using a computer for it and delete the "Nintendo 3DS" folder (or the folders inside it). If it doesn't let you, make sure write protect isn't on (the little slider at the side).

In the end i moved all the cfw stuff and copied all the folder names and things into a new folder and formatted the sd card. i couldnt delete most files tho because they weeere corrupted, so that ended up being a huge problem. i bout one of those 32 gig sd cards and the adapter came with the card. i dropped the adaapter at some point so it broke in half and the write-protection lock FELL OFF it was really anoying. Anyway, i fixed it thx for helpin' y'all
