I soldered everything related to a CR4 install on just fine except the NAND-X, so I went back and tried to re-do the job. I ended up putting a bit too much solder on, so all the points connected in one big bubble. I cleaned it up the best I could, pulled it off, and was going to re-solder it but saw this:

Did I kill it? Or should I clean it up and try again?

It hurts to look at ;_;

Clean it really REALLY GOOD!
Then make a very detailed picture of the points.
If it's fucked then you got to scrape traces to dump the NAND.

Edit:
Did you turn on the 360?
Did you smelled electricity?
Did the 360 turn on properly?

Here's how she looks now:

Sorry about the blurry quality, but my phone doesn't want to take clear photos up close. It looks a lot better now, and the burned parts are just solder burned onto the mobo, so I don't think it's that bad.

I haven't turned the 360 on yet, is there any way to do it with just the bare mobo exposed?

It powered up just fine, no burning smell, so I went ahead with soldering it back on, and I'm getting this error when I try to read the NAND:

Checking Files
Finished Checking Files
Version: 10
Flash Config: 0x00000000
Can not Continue

I'm guessing it's the NAND-X still not being soldered properly?

Burned sauter points make me shake. Anyways, did you re sauter nand-x? Everything good?
My uncle is an electrician, so I figure I'll wait til Saturday and let him see if my work is fixable instead of fucking it up worse. I'll post an update then.
