It's more likely.. because, there's no reason for O3DS to run it and N3DS not, if you, or someone try to use the game on an O3DS with the same FW of your's, it will do the same thing

It's working now.

You know what the problem was? The update, it has region check and I don't believe we can make region free updates right?

I uninstalled the update and ran the game normally. I didn't know you could run a game without installing its update. :rofl2:
