Is there a device to transfer saves from my original games (GB, GBC, GBA, NDS) to my PC and be able to reupload these back to my original games later if needed? without forcing me to have the device plugged when playing the game afterwards. What's the best one(s) for this?

I don't need rom or whatever support but if there's a device that does all sure why not.

gameshark (preferablely the interact version not the new madcatz verion)

    action replay

    code breaker

pick one. your last qualifier sucks because they ALL have to be plugged in to transfer back the saves at a later date.

He misunderstood your criteria. You'll have to plug it in to restore the save file, but you don't need it plugged in just to play the game normally, at least not to the best of my knowledge.
