Is fat32 really a must for this?

Also I've been super impressed with pfba. How does this compare for the systems they both support?

exfat works great for me.

anyone having troubles loading any of the retroarch emulators using SX OS 1.4? I downloaded the latest build but it just hangs on a black screen.

Nope, works fine. I use SX's homebrew launcher for it.

Probably just missing png's.. use the bundles

That's so weird because originally I downloaded the individual's cores and they worked. But I updated to 1.4 and also at the same time downloaded the latest individual's cores and it just stopped working. I will try the bundle package.

Ah cool thanks. The readme says it will corrupt my card, which I really wouldn't want to do :)
Trust the fucking readme.
It will not corrupt files it will nuke anything on your freaking card. Stay away from exfat

Listen to m4xw, I'm going to stop using it till that gets fixed, or switch to fat32. Not worth risking the SD card.

I'll probably stay away from RetroNX until it works reliably with exfat, or at least use a different MicroSD for it.

My 256 GB card is exfat and loaded up. Fat32 isn't practical because if the 4GB limit

I change to fat32 and my eshop games are corrupted (ikaruga, stardew...etc), xenoblade 2 too.

I return to exfat and this games continues corrupted. But the other eshops games runs well, only the games i try in fat32 doesn't works.

Sorry for my poor english.

i see a cheat option, where it says load cheat file, where can i get those? or make them myself?
Go here and download it all or just the games you need:
https://github.com/libretro/libretro-database/tree/master/cht
Put those folders somewhere on your sd.
I think you can setup a cheat directory in directory settings.
While in a game enter the quick menu, chose cheats, navigate to the cht file that fits your game and load it.
A list of cheats should appear. Activate those you want by going to them with up/down and then right/left for those you want. They should go from (off) to (on).
However they are not active yet. Go back to the top entry which is called "apply changes" and hit A on it. Now go back to the quick menu by hitting B and chose resume game.
