I don’t even know if I’m supposed to be asking questions here, but how do you save your game and make a file? I save my game and then leave only to come back and find it’s gone and didn’t save. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Lol

If it's not working, then try saving to a state. And make sure you select Close Content on the Quick Menu.

Save your game, open the menu, then in quick menu chose "close content" and in main menu "quit RetroArch" to have everything saved.

Missing Menu-Files

I looked through file build.sh and found the problem: missing APP_TITLE in Makefile.switch.

You are right!
The bad nro was compiled with another computer,there must be something wrong with the compilation environment in it.

@m4xw don't mind me if this has been asked before but did you ever try porting the DosBox core?

I posted a DOSBox core a while back. Search for the post; I'd quote it but that wouldn't include the uploaded files.

Sorry if this is a silly question but haven’t seen it mentioned previously, is it even possible to support two separate joycons as two controllers (opposed to two pairs)? Would be a great feature if possible

It'll play Chips Challenge, so its good enough for me!

As for mapping keys, you can't set the "Controller" options to "Mapper", so it looks like you can't remap buttons yet.

Some people said they had luck with games, but I'm not sure what the default mappings are because I haven't tried any myself. Also, I tried Windows 95 because it's fun [emoji14]

Best I could do was emulate a left and a right mouse click. They work, but its basically useless until we can remap keyboard buttons as well.

Chips Challenge

Yeah that's from the Microsoft Entertainment Pack (oh those memories).
Played that on PC (RetroArch + DosBox) last year. Still a gem!

It didn't woosh. My joke was that YOUR Chip from Chips Challenge and YOUR challenge is Chips. So get to collecting dem boots, chips, and avoid the mouth monsters!

If you're going to play Chip's Challenge (which you should, it's awesome), then play the Lynx version.

If you are going to play Chip's Challenge, you should also check out the fan-made level packs like CCLP2 and CCLP3.
