If I had time.. I got a good bit into chrono trigger (first future time jump) and 2nd temple in minish cap, but I code like 16h a day on several projects lol
Having a lot of trouble with PCE-Fast. Folders and files on my microSD card randomly keep getting deleted by RetroArch and then it typically leaves whatever the parent folder is empty and removes the ability to delete it. The first time it happened NXShell let me delete the folder, but that didn't work this time. So now I have a beetle-pce-fast folder with nothing in it that I can't delete via NXShell, FTPD, nor Windows file browser.

I just want to play Rondo of Blood. D: The iso/cue and syscard3.pce all work properly within PCE-Fast on my PC.

Me too. why? RetroArch crashed then SD card filesystem(ExFAT) error or files almost deleted belong RetroArch or RetroArch cfg files are corrupted.

Blame microsoft for a shitty filesystem
And users are basically task-killing the application. Idk what you expect lol

Well...Sorry. I didn't read the "README.txt"...

"You don't use ExFAT with Homebrew Apps"... orz

Oh man I just started messing with this thing today and it is absolutely amazing!! Really nice job porting it over. I ran a few different snes and genesis games and they all ran flawlessly. Rewind function even works perfect. I know you don't recommend loading from exfat or through sx os but that's how I've been using it and I haven't had one problem so far. The only question I have is is there a way to get back to the emulator if you accidentally press the home button or does it just get shutdown completely?

Just to check, is Mega CD .ogg support working in the Genesis Plus GX core yet? I can load .iso files with no audio files, but it just freezes when loading games that have .ogg files.

EDIT - I just tried a game in .cue/.bin format with the audio in .bin format with the same result. This dump works fine on PC Retroarch.

I'm not interested in Lakka, is this the other best and simplest emulation option? What emulators and features would I be missing using this intead of other options?

The main advantage of Lakka is that I t has 3D hardware acceleration due to being able to use the Linux Tegra drivers. We do not yet have this in Horizon. As such, Lakka will be better for higher end emulation such as N64, Dolphin etc.

For everything else, RetroNX is much more convenient because it runs as a native Horizon application.

I haven't been concerned on RA libnx for a while. When I compiled core and RA source file with command make -f Makefile.switch, then got nro to run, only black screen on switch.
What did I miss?
PS:Compiled with libnx 1.3.

Missing Menu-Files

@m4xw don't mind me if this has been asked before but did you ever try porting the DosBox core?

Didnt try yet

I don’t even know if I’m supposed to be asking questions here, but how do you save your game and make a file? I save my game and then leave only to come back and find it’s gone and didn’t save. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Lol
