Maybe we should list which versions have 4:3 fullscreen and which have 16:9 fullscreen?

I'd find it useful which build has the lowest latency (master branch with vsync off), and I hate to through a question out there while we're trying to compile them for m4xw, but is the master branch the same as fullscreen and threaded, just without fullscreen or threading, or is that just the lib libtransistor version?

After the merging of the builds (which I imagine is the sole reason why M4 hasn't posted anything else since he just wants to finish things up with how unstable they are now), this won't matter since they'll all (hopefully) gain lowest latency, clean audio, threading, and image scaling. So why go through the trouble now when it'll be null and void in a few days time?

Right now, all the front page builds have are the original pre-threaded video builds with screen fuzzing, but now have low latency. The only builds with threaded video and image scaling are the two SNES9x2010 and VBA-Next builds M4 has posted about in the past few days.

There are NO libtransistor versions in this thread

Got ya, just wondering if it would be useful to point that out about the master branch build if we're updating the first post with the different builds.

Hiii people :) i don't know if is a problem or not, but i install Snes9x2010 in CFW witch Hekate - CTCaer mod v2.3, the emulator work well, but when i try to save any game, or change any setting (eg. video resolution) the emulator does nothing, or when y close de emulator and open again any setting is save, it's just me orr its a known problem,
i'm on 4.1.0 BTW :)

Are you using the passing build or the threaded test build because the test build its know issue but the main build works fine[/QUOTE]

Threaded branch saves quickly, master branch takes around 30 seconds, you'll know non-threaded is saving because the audio crackles until it's finished.

He suggested the idea of writing a FAQ by myself, so yeah.
Still have several questions left though obviously.

No, actually the person in quotes below is the one who suggested it

Don't you think it will be better to put a FAQ on the first post to avoid these questions ?
When you follow the thread since the beginning it's quite easy to read 10 or 20 answers. But who wants to read 97 pages in row ?!
I follow this thread since page 20, I just want to be empathic to a new Temper that arrive !

Compiling the top's questions-answers in the first post will be a lot helpful for everyone

try this one *****

when u save state wait 30 seconds then close content and you can exit. load states take up to 1 minute to load and you have to manually open the retroarc.cfg file to save and load configs

okis, this version it's work :)

mnn about modify retroarc.cfg i don't understand soo many option to chance, but thanks for all man :)

As for the 3.0 pegaswitch bug, I got hinted by the switchbrew guys that it could be related to a outdated build of nx-hbloader, but they didn't know what could cause that either.
Where exactly is nx-hbloader contained? Is it part of the nx-hbmenu? Or is it something that gets called as part of the Pegaswitch exploit chain? Would it make sense to try to pull and run my own latest up to date DNS and webserver for the exploit to try? Or is it not related to that? Right now I've just used the official switchbrew(?) DNS servers.

On hekate (or rather with the atmosphere loader.kip) its the exefs in the atmosphere/title

I don't know how pegaswitch handles it, so I have no Idea.

Hah okay, thanks for the reply, that's beyond my understanding. Here's to hoping Hekate sleep gets fixed for 3.0.0, but with nwert shutting down the public repo.... Who knows

Thanks for all your work on this by the way, amazing job!

Its unsure if thats even the Issue, I might research it a bit so I can do a actual bug report, but it's not a priority right now (at least I think it's not worth the effort right now)

Btw nintendo fixed some bugs on 4x for sleep mode (which were present in 3x) IIRC it messed up smth with the RAM (cant remember), look at the iPatches.

So the 3x fix would probably be a work around for that (but thats all guessing)
